Compensation: 45.5 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)

Role Overview (SDR / Inside Sales)

The SDR / Inside Sales role exists to qualify, validate, and progress leads generated through marketing campaigns, outbound outreach, and referrals.


This role acts as the execution bridge between Marketing and Sales, ensuring that only well-qualified, context-rich leads are presented to Sales for acceptance.


You will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads from campaigns and outreach
  • Engage prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to validate fit and intent
  • Qualify leads against defined ICP criteria
  • Convert qualified leads into MQLs and Qualified MQLs (Q-MQLs)
  • Present Q-MQLs to Sales with complete business and context details
  • Support Sales with meeting coordination and follow-ups
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM data at all stages

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely follow-up on all assigned leads
  • Lead qualification and early disqualification of wrong-fit opportunities
  • Accurate documentation of lead context, use case, and intent in CRM
  • Support marketing campaigns through disciplined execution
  • Maintain funnel hygiene (Lead MQL Q-MQL stages)
  • Ensure Sales receives only properly qualified and ready opportunities

You SHOULD apply if you have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales / B2B lead qualification roles
  • Comfort with outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Strong communication and qualification skills
  • Willingness to work in a structured, process-driven environment
