India & APAC Region

Work From Office Tilak Nagar, West Delhi


At LeadCraft Alliance, we work closely with global organizations to help them build scalable B2B lead generation and inside sales engines. As part of one of our growing engagements with a global IT training & learning solutions company, we are expanding our inside sales team.


We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will help drive enterprise outreach across India and the broader APAC region.


This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with enterprise leaders, and representing learning and certification solutions in a confident and professional manner.


About the Role

As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving lead generation and appointment setting for corporate training and certification programs across India and APAC markets.


The role combines structured outbound prospecting with enterprise engagement, including client meetings within Delhi NCR when required.


You will interact with senior decision-makers and help organizations identify the right technology training and certification pathways for their teams.


Key Responsibilities

Multi-channel prospecting through Calls, Email, LinkedIn & WhatsApp

Engaging with IT Heads, L&D Leaders, HR Leaders and CXOs across India & APAC

Conducting enterprise-level discovery conversations to understand training needs

Promoting corporate certification programs, training batches and learning pathways

Following up on webinar leads, inbound enquiries and existing prospect databases

Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team

Maintaining CRM updates and structured activity reporting


Ideal Candidate Profile

13 years of experience in IT Training / EdTech / B2B inside sales or consulting roles

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional, presentable and confident in client-facing interactions

Comfortable engaging with enterprise stakeholders and senior leadership

Ability to build long-term professional relationships with clients

Immediate joiners preferred
