About the Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer (SDE-2/SDE-3) + Instructor Full Stack Development to join our Computer Science Department.

This role is ideal for experienced engineers passionate about Full Stack Development and excited to mentor the next generation of tech talent. The position blends strong industry exposure with academic leadership designing curriculum, delivering hands-on sessions, and guiding students in building production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Course Development & Delivery

Design and deliver engaging sessions on:

Frontend: JavaScript, React.js, TypeScript, Next.js

Backend: Node.js, Express.js

Databases: SQL, MongoDB

APIs, REST architecture

Deployment & DevOps basics

Create project-based learning modules aligned with industry standards.

2. Full Stack Lab Management

Conduct hands-on coding labs.

Guide students in building end-to-end web applications.

Mentor students in debugging, system design, and performance optimization.

3. Curriculum & Industry Alignment

Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to ensure up-to-date curriculum.

Integrate real-world case studies and scalable architecture patterns.

4. Student Mentorship & Academic Excellence

Guide capstone projects and hackathon teams.

Conduct code reviews and architecture discussions.

Prepare students for internships and technical interviews.

5. Innovation & Research

Encourage open-source contributions and industry collaborations.

Drive initiatives around scalable systems and modern web architectures.

Qualifications & Experience

510 years of experience as a Software Developer (Full Stack Required).

Strong proficiency in:

JavaScript / TypeScript

React.js (or similar frontend frameworks)

Node.js / Express

SQL / NoSQL databases

Solid understanding of:

System design fundamentals

REST APIs & microservices

Performance optimization

Scalable application architecture

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, structured ways.

Comfortable teaching core Computer Science subjects when required.

Good to Have

Prior teaching or mentorship experience.

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms.

Exposure to scalable system design in production environments.

Experience conducting code reviews and technical interviews.
