Role Description

Build and ship production-grade features across backend systems and AI-driven modules

Work on APIs, services, and core platform architecture (FastAPI, backend systems)

Contribute to AI-powered features such as mock interviews, code analysis, and learning workflows

Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform

Collaborate closely with founders on product, technical decisions, and feature iterations

Debug, test, and maintain high-quality, clean, and scalable code

Take ownership of features from idea to deployment

Tech Stack (Exposure Youll Get)

Python, FastAPI, Next.js, Docker, AI/LLM integrations, real-time code execution systems, and analytics-driven product development.

Qualifications

Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and core Computer Science concepts

Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, or JavaScript preferred)

Hands-on experience with backend development or full-stack projects

Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Strong interest in AI, developer tools, or EdTech products

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

Experience with FastAPI, Node.js, or similar backend frameworks

Experience building real-world projects (personal, open-source, or startup work)
