Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Independently design and implement complex distributed software using object oriented approach/ technologies.
  2. Leading ambiguous and undefined technical problems to resolution.
  3. Design and develop services which can handle high volume transactions and data.
  4. Should understand business requirements , challenges  and translate them to working solution.
  5. Independently resolve the technical issues understanding existing code and architecture.
  6. Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach other engineers, review other engineers work insisting on highest standards.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. Influence the cross functional teams in designing the solutions that impact larger organization

 

 

Mandatory Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent.
  2. 3+ years of non-internship professional software/product development experience.
  3. 3+ years of professional experience in design, architecture (reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
  4. Experience in programming/ software development by delivering high quality code in any software programming language.
  5. Experience in full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control managements, operational excellence and CI/CD processes.
  6. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver quality software at speed

 

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering.
  2. Experience in developing cloud-native applications using Java technologies
