What Youll Do

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend services
• Write reusable, modular test scripts to support regression, smoke, and performance testing
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
• Identify bugs, bottlenecks, and edge cases before users do
• Integrate automation into our CI/CD pipelines
• Track and report on test coverage, quality metrics, and release confidence
• Continuously improve test reliability and execution speed

What Were Looking For

• 23 years of experience in QA automation (Only B2B SaaS company experience)
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or Java-based automation frameworks
• Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
• Experience working with Git, CI tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and issue tracking systems
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and testing at the data layer
• Attention to detail and ability to think through complex use cases and failure modes

Nice to Have

• Experience testing AI or ML-powered systems, especially voice or chat interfaces
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Locust
• Familiarity with STT/TTS, LLMs, or real-time streaming workflows
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or 01 product environment
