SDE 2 – Backend

We are hiring a Software Development Engineer (SDE 2) Backend for a full-time hybrid role .

In this position, you will design, develop, and maintain backend systems for logistics-focused platforms that handle large-scale data and real-time workflows. Youll collaborate closely with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to build scalable, reliable, and performance-optimized services.

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
• Build systems optimized for high-throughput and low-latency use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions

Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development
• Experience with Backend Web Development frameworks and technologies
• Solid understanding of Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Ability to design and optimize scalable backend systems
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Exposure to cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a hybrid work environment
