| Locations : Bangalore/Kochi/Pune/Kolkata Position Summary: As the SDA Lead, you will manage the Software Delivery Automation team, which is responsible for various SCCM, Intune, and Munki activities. Specifically, in this role you will: • Lead and motivate a high-performing team • Create deployments (target packages and applications) in SCCM, Intune, and Munki based on requests from deployment and transition managers • Create collections and groups in SCCM and Intune • Monitor package replication status and overall health of SCCM and Intune deployments • Run various reports from SCCM and Intune • Run regular cleanup tasks in SCCM and Intune • Publish software in Windows and Mac stores • Work closely with Product Managers, Service Owners, Deployment Managers, Transition Managers, and other deployment-specific stakeholders • Identify deployment failures and work with the appropriate team(s) (e.g. Packaging team, Product Manager, Service Desk) to address and remediate • Provide operational support for Autopilot and application bundles • Monitor health of SCCM and Intune environments and work closely with customer infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and remediate problems within those environments Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities: • Deliver desktop applications focusing on project deliverables while meeting business needs • Meet customer and business needs while ensuring quality results • Select appropriately from applicable standards, methods, tools and applications and use accordingly • Utilize an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving if issues are encountered • Advise on the best technical solutions to minimize deployment risk and increase efficiency • Maintain knowledge on customer desktop deployment standards Knowledge and Skills Requirements: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing • Proficiency in SCCM, Intune, Munki, Nexthink, and Autopilot • Good knowledge of Operations, Infrastructure Engineering and functional organizations • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Other Requirements: • Experience in managing teams • Excellent interpersonal skills • Maintain professionalism in all aspects of job performance Job Requirements: Education: • A degree in Computer Science, Technology, Project Management, IT Management, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience Experience: • Five or more years of experience with SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot, and managing a team • Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred Language Requirements: • English Certification Requirements: • Microsoft certified (optional) • ITIL Foundation (optional) Soft Skills/Behavior al Requirements: • Responsible • Flexible • Self-driven • Team player • Focus on continuous process improvement • Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options |
