Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum/SAFe/Kanban ceremonies; maintain cadence and delivery discipline.
• Set up tooling/dashboards (Jira/Azure DevOps/GitHub Projects) for DORA metrics, lead time, cycle time, WIP.
• Drive continuous improvement, dependency/risk management, release planning; coach AI-specific delivery (model iteration/data dependencies).

Primary Skills (experience in one or more): Scrum/SAFe/Kanban • Agile coaching • Metrics & reporting • SDLC governance • Dev tooling • CI/CD awareness.

Primary Skills Description:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles.**
• Proven coaching; data-driven decisions; impediment removal; familiarity with CI/CD and compliance checkpoints.

Nice-to-Have: AI/ML product delivery; change management; CSM/PSM/SAFe. Build secure APIs, connectors, and apps integrating agents with enterprise.
