Scrum Master

Veunex is an AI-powered HSE platform supporting the energy industry. We help operators and drilling contractors scale safety operations through computer vision, automation, and structured digital workflows. Our mission is to improve operational safety, communication, and performance at scale.

This is a full-time remote role (India-based) for a Scrum Master.

You will lead Agile processes across cross-functional teams, ensure disciplined execution of Scrum practices, remove blockers, and drive on-time project delivery. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive mindset.

We are looking for someone hardworking, structured, and fully responsible for delivery excellence not just coordination.

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies
• Ensure daily updates of project plans and sprint boards
• Track progress and remove blockers proactively
• Ensure deadlines are respected
• Drive alignment between teams and stakeholders
• Maintain delivery discipline and accountability

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools
