Senvion is seeking a talent professional with 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master to join our team responsible for developing software for wind turbines. In this role, you will work closely with our development team and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. The professional will be responsible for optimizing Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure team performance, project success and improved fleet reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more development teams working on object-oriented software development for wind turbines
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Collaborate with the development team, management, collaboration partners, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements
• Communicate project status and progress to all stakeholders, including collaboration partners, team members, and the management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
• Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment that fosters open communication, creativity, and innovation

Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and their application to software development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Familiarity with object-oriented software development and software development for wind turbines.
• Knowledge of software languages such as C++, Java and Python
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred
