Experience: 10+ Years

Education: Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science or equivalent

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai

Work Model: Hybrid 3 Days Work from Office

Notice Period: April Joiners Preferred

Mandatory Requirements

10+ years of experience as a dedicated, full-time Scrum Master

Strong hands-on experience with SAFe Agile framework and Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards

Expertise in facilitating Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo & Retrospectives

Hands-on experience in developing and using ADO dashboards to track Agile performance KPIs

Strong experience in Agile estimation & planning techniques

In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting

Proven ability to remove impediments effectively

Knowledge of Agile patterns and techniques (Burndown charts, Retrospective formats, defect handling, etc.)

Strong understanding of Servant Leadership principles

Excellent facilitation, situational awareness & conflict resolution skills

Focus on continuous improvement, team empowerment & transparency

Strong communication skills with action-oriented follow-through

Note :: Should be ready to work for 2 to 11 PM shift
