Job Description

Responsibilities

"1. 5-8 yrs exp in Scrum master role . Good experience in handling ADO boards. 2. Understanding of Agile/waterfall methodology. 3. Understanding the Scrum values and Principles. 4. Guide team and stake holders on Scrum practices. 5. Should be capable of prioritizing Stories based on Resource availability and Timelines for a period of next 3 weeks or 3 months. 6. Knowledge on how to accommodate random bug fix requests from Production. 7. Knowledge of User stories and task, understanding of different timeboxed events, acceptance criteria, DoR and DoD. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration within and outside development team. 9. Ability to remove impediments and understand the servant leadership"

• Primary skills:Process->Development Methodology->Infosys Global Agile methodology

Preferred Skills

Foundational->Development Methodology->Infosys Global Agile methodology->Scrum master

Additional Responsibilities

• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems • Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate • Two or three industry domain knowledge • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available • Client Interfacing skills • Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies • Project and Team management
