Job Description

The purpose of this role is to drive the team to deliver products and applications efficiently and accurately against business priorities, and in line with the wider technical strategy, by adhering to agile principles. The Scrum Master is a key role within an Agile organisation.

Job Description:

Responsibilities -

Organize the scrum events, facilitates all rituals/ceremonies
Support & coordinate release and deployments
Drive the team to deliver by protecting them from interruptions and distractions, and by resolving blockers/impediments to progress
Responsible for ensuring that the Product Owner and the team have a productive relationship and uses agile toolset of ceremonies and practices to ensure that the team dynamic leads to success
Work with other Scrum Masters within program or business unit to ensure dependencies and blockers are resolved within a collective approach to delivery
Help teams to implement change effectively
Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it

Knowledge and Skills -

Overall 8+ years’ experience out of which 2-4 years of experience in CRM (preferably Salesforce) business function covering lead-to-contract business processes.
Proven expert in Agile/Scrum methodology preferably with relevant certifications such Certified Agile Scrum Master, Certified Agile Product Owner etc.
Proven capabilities to drive innovation and change
Experience within a large, global organisation would be advantageous
Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications
Ability to work on own or part of a team
High energy and passion for the job with a can-do attitude
Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness
Proven ability to deliver on commitments
