| Job Description | ü Overall experience of 6+ years in Software Agile Delivery and hands-on exposure to development and / or testing. ü Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment. ü Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products or projects. ü Hands-on experience with Agile software delivery management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) ü Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum. ü Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills. ü Ability to coach and guide teams towards self-organization and high performance. ü Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remove obstacles and manage conflicts. ü Ability to work well with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. ü Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead teams without direct authority, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability. ü Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt Scrum practices as needed. ü Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset, committed to helping the team achieve its goals. ü Organized: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. | ||
