Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure high-
performing, self-organizing teams. The Scrum Master will coach teams on Scrum principles, remove
impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Remove impediments and support the team to achieve sprint goals
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog
- Ensure transparency through Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint reports)
- Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep
- Promote continuous improvement and high team performance
- Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organisation
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders
Required Skills :
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience using Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally)
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Good to Have :
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM)
- Experience working in Scaled Agile / SAFe environments
- Knowledge of Kanban, XP, or Lean
- Experience in IT / Software Development projects
Soft Skills :
- Strong leadership and servant-mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
