Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. - Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics, ensuring that the team is meeting its goals and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure that the team is delivering high-quality software on time and within budget. - Continuously improve the team's Agile processes and practices, leveraging industry best practices and lessons learned from previous projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams, removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to identify and address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful Agile projects. - This position is based at our Pune office.
