Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. You will coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), remove barriers to successful implementation, and facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your role involves identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the team in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies effectively. - Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. - Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices for successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. - Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices. - Ability to facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
