Job Description - Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Airport MSI program,

ensuring integration across systems and stakeholders.

• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, contractors, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, aviation regulations, and cybersecurity standards
• Oversee risk management, change control, and issue resolution processes.
• Facilitate program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure alignment between MSI deliverables and airport operational requirements.
• Support procurement, contract management, and vendor performance monitoring.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in systems integration and program delivery.
• Experience with airport systems such as AODB, BHS, FIDS, CUPPS, and security systems. digital transformation initiatives in aviation.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA).
• Ability to manage multi-vendor environments and complex stakeholder landscapes.
