What youll do

• Write high-retention scripts for YouTube (long-form & shorts)
• Work closely with founders, strategists & editors to craft narratives that move people
• Build frameworks, story structures, hooks, and pacing that keep viewers watching
• Evolve voice, tone, and narrative style for each brand we work with
• Collaborate daily with the content team in our Indiranagar office

• You think in hooks, angles, and tension
• You enjoy deep research and transforming complexity into clarity
• You understand YouTube storytelling and can adapt to multiple brand voices
• You love building systems, frameworks, and repeatable storytelling engines
• Youre coachable, curious, and love feedback loops

Selection Process:
