Key Responsibilities:

Write high-engagement scripts for both long-form and short-form YouTube content.

Collaborate closely with strategists, and editors to bring narratives to life.

Develop innovative story structures, attention-grabbing hooks, and pacing strategies that hook viewers.

Adapt voice, tone, and storytelling style to reflect each brand's unique identity.

What You Bring

An innate understanding of YouTube storytelling and audience engagement.

Ability to create hooks, angles, and maintain tension throughout a script.
