About The Role -

This is not a passive internship.

This is a performance role.

We are hiring Script Writer Interns who want to learn how content actually drives business results not just views, but conversions.

If you want to understand how storytelling influences retention, engagement, and revenue this role will train you at the highest level of execution.

What Youll Be Working On -

Writing scripts for YouTube (long-form) and short-form content (Reels/Shorts)

Supporting the creation of high-converting storytelling content

Assisting in building a repeatable, data-driven content engine

Learning how to structure scripts for:

Strong hooks

High retention

Clear narrative flow

Conversion-driven CTAs and much more.

Expectations (Read Carefully) -

You must care about creativity, storytelling and human emotions in your content

You must be willing to rewrite until the script works.

You must understand that retention, AVD, CTR, and engagement matter (well

teach you these terms)

You must be coachable, fast, and execution-focused.

This role demands output, speed, and ownership.

Our Position on AI -

AI can be used for research and support.

But submitting ChatGPT-generated scripts without original thinking is not acceptable.

We are looking for interns who want to develop real storytelling skill not outsource their

thinking.

Should have portfolio to showcase for content writing
