Qualification Diploma/B.Tech - Mechanical

Prefer Industry Screen Printing

Prefer Location NCR/Delhi

Desire Profile:

• Hands-on experience of Screen-Printing operations (Auto & Manual Printing m/c)
• Screen Printing process
• Pre-press activities (screen stretching, coating and development)
• Hands-on experience of Prepress operations, Color Mixing / Shade Matching.
• Good knowledge of Screen-printing operations and trouble shooting.
• Daily planning and coordination.
• Maintain daily Printing Machine reports.
• Good Knowledge of SAP & Excel.

About the Role

• Coordinate with shift supervisor for operations to meet productivity targets and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train, develop and motivate staff to improve performance and meet objectives.
• Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
