Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Mumbai | Pune | Kolkata

Experience: 815 Years

Education: Graduate / MBA (Supply Chain preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Lead SCM presales solutioning for Sourcing & Procurement deals

Conduct process assessments & build outsourcing business cases

Prepare RFP/RFI responses, value propositions & solution defenses

Create FTE estimates, location strategy, transition roadmap & SOW inputs

Collaborate with delivery teams for smooth project handover

Support integrated multi-service deals and thought leadership initiatives

Required Skills

Strong experience in SCM presales / solution design

Knowledge of direct & indirect sourcing categories

Exposure to industries like Manufacturing, Retail, Life Sciences, Energy, Hi-Tech, CPG

ERP exposure: SAP / Oracle / Ariba / Coupa / Dynamics preferred

Understanding of automation, analytics, or process mining tools is a plus
