Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Detail scheduling to ensure managing the delivery deadline as per contract dates base on inventory, lead time management.

• Coordinate with sales for monthly forecasting to device delivery schedule

• Work with Development team for product release in time

• Manage order schedule & plan shipment linked to sales booking /backlog

• Effective Inventory /Spare part management 6. Leadership in coordinating the cross functional team

• Compliance with statutory approval, safety norm & industry standards.

• Release Purchase requestion for component purchases

• Non product purchase and negotiation

• System interface between China and India supplier for sourcing

• To build cost model for localization

Skills:

• Scheduling in reference to lead time, inventory & agreed delivery date.

• Supply chain & procurement planning: Forecasting & Vendor coordination

• Cross functional coordination with all stakeholders to ensure delivery as per schedule.

• Inventory management to ensure balance the inventory cost & components lead time.

• Import management.

• Supplier auditing, monitoring & control

• Supplier health assessment

• Strong knowledge of elevator system & IT /ERP system

Experience:

• 15 - 20 Years

Education:

• B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma – Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering
