Job Description: AVP || SCM Digital Transformation & RFI

We are seeking a high-impact professional to lead Supply Chain Management (SCM) digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on RFI/RFP-led solutioning . The role involves driving end-to-end transformation across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and aftersales by leveraging digital, analytics, and automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SCM digital transformation programs across demand & supply planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and aftersales
• Own and respond to RFIs/RFPs : solution design, effort estimation, value proposition, and business case creation
• Translate business problems into scalable digital and data-driven SCM solutions
• Collaborate with business, IT, and partners to define target-state architecture and transformation roadmaps
• Support pre-sales, client workshops, and executive-level presentations
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/analytics, automation, cloud platforms) within SCM

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SCM domain with exposure to digital transformation programs
• Hands-on involvement in RFI/RFP responses and pre-sales solutioning
• Knowledge of SCM platforms, data & analytics, and process optimization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
