About the Role

Were looking for a Junior SCM & Finance Executive to support our growing operations in India. This role provides hands-on transactional and analytical support across procurement, supply chain, inventory, logistics, and finance activities for Frosty Boy India Private Limited under the Kent Worldwide umbrella. Youll play a key part in ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and reporting to help our India operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What Youll Be Doing

• Create and manage POs, track deliveries, maintain supplier data
• Support RFQs, procurement reporting, and supplier onboarding
• Maintain inventory and stock movement records
• Coordinate with manufacturers and warehouses
• Perform three-way matching and support AP/AR processing
• Enter financial transactions and assist with reconciliations, month-end close, and audit documentation
• Ensure compliance with Kent Worldwide policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits

What Were Looking For

• Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Business
• 02 years experience in procurement, finance, accounting, or supply chain operations
• ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Tally) preferred
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication with proficiency in English, Kannada and Hindi
• Strong organisation and willingness to learn
• Professionalism, integrity, and ability to work within structured controls
