Job Title: - Lead Compliance/Governance
Level :- Manager
Location :- Airtel Centre, Gurgaon
Job responsibilities: -
1.Governance:
- RACM and Governance Tracker for sourcing, inventory and warehousing operations.
- Communication with supplier from contractual standpoint for validity extension and price update (Amendment)
- Control/restrict purchase of inventory/ service in absence of contract.
- Monthly warehouse and logistics KPI audit and cost validation.
- Process mapping and adherence.
2. Responsible for supply chain audit, observations and closure.
3. Driving ESG compliances for e-waste, plastic and batteries.
4. Inventory management
- System driven demand and planning inputs to Suppliers and coordinating them for the process adherence.
- Streamlining and continuously monitoring of Invoice payment process.
5. Other Operations: -
- Monitoring and governance of reverse logistic.
- Provisioning and supporting finance on monthly basis.
- Rolling out new processes during new product launch
