Sales and Marketing Manager

Qualifications and Skills

• Freshers with aptitude for sales and marketing
• Life sciences graduate (preferred)
• Should have interest in life science industry and ability to good customer network in hospitals, biotechnology/pharmaceutical/diagnostics companies and Research institutes/academia
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Report to sales manager and executive
• Learn from senior team members about laboratory and medical equipment market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, biotechnology/pharmaceutical/diagnostics companies, research institutions and healthcare professionals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in the medical equipment and laboratory equipment industry.
• Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional activities, such as trade shows, conferences, and product demonstrations, to enhance product visibility and generate leads.
