About the Role
The Scientific Sales Manager (SSM) is responsible for driving sales performance by achieving assigned targets, generating quality leads with strong doctor recommendations, supporting patient acquisition and adherence through strong coordination with clinical & patient care teams. Effective execution of brand-building activities, and consistent engagement with HCPs. Demonstrate strong scientific communication, uphold ethical standards, and embody company values in all field activities.
Responsibilities
- Work towards sales goals through meaningful doctor engagement and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with clinical and hospital teams to support patient screenings and activation programs
- Execute field plans effectively and maintain timely updates in CRM systems
- Stay updated on products and therapies to enable confident scientific discussions
Qualifications
B.Sc/B.Bharm/B.Tech (Life Science)
