  • Pharma background, demonstrating a solid foundation in pharmaceutical sales, is required for all applicants (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate scientific concepts and engage healthcare professionals effectively.
  • Lead generation experience with a proven ability to identify, qualify, and nurture sales prospects for a sustained sales pipeline.
  • Negotiation skills to structure, finalize, and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales enables the candidate to understand sector requirements and successfully promote JOGOs products.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical devices to effectively present and explain digital health solutions to medical and clinical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to collective goals and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing documentation, following up on leads, and tracking sales metrics efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business growth by identifying and establishing new business opportunities within pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
  • Initiate and maintain strong client relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics in Kolkata and neighboring regions.
  • Present JOGOs digital health solutions to medical stakeholders, showcasing the benefits and scientific advancements of EMG Biofeedback technologies.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture new leads through various channels to ensure an active and robust sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, emphasizing value propositions of JOGOs FDA-cleared digital clinic and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to strategize and implement promotional activities to increase product awareness.
  • Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring successful onboarding and integration.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and maintain market relevance.
