Science & Math Instructors for Children

About Gakken

Gakken is one of Japans most trusted education groups, with over 80 years of experience creating joyful, hands-on learning experiences for children. We are expanding our programs in India and looking for responsible, enthusiastic instructors who can make science and math fun and meaningful for young learners.

Your Role

You will conduct interactive workshops for:

- Preschool children (ages 56) and/or

- Primary school students (Grades 13)

Each session uses learning kits to connect everyday life with science and creativity. In addition to teaching, you will help ensure smooth class operations setup, coordination, and follow-up as part of our pilot project in India.

Were Looking For:

- Strong interest in science and learning

- Enjoys working with children

- Responsible, punctual, and reliable

- Good teamwork and English communication skills

- Experience in teaching or childrens workshops is a plus

Training & Growth

Selected instructors will receive training directly from the Gakken Japan team. Outstanding performers may be promoted to Main Instructor roles, leading future classes and mentoring new facilitators.

Compensation

INR 2,000 per half-day (approx. 4 hours) includes class prep and travel time

Rate may vary based on experience and performance
