Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and empathetic School Counsellor / Psychologist to support students emotional, social, and academic well-being. The role involves working closely with students, parents, and teachers to foster a positive and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counselling to students
• Address emotional, behavioural, and learning-related concerns
• Support students with stress, anxiety, peer issues, and academic pressure
• Collaborate with teachers and parents on student support plans
• Conduct workshops on mental health, life skills, and career guidance
• Maintain confidential student records and reports
• Handle safeguarding and child protection matters as per school policy

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology
• School counselling experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
