We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and accomplished School Principal to lead Kothari International School, Noida. The Principal will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and overall school operations.

• Provide strategic leadership across academic and administrative domains
• Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff performance
• Ensure high standards of student achievement, discipline, and well-being
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven school culture
• Align school practices with national and international education benchmarks
• Build strong partnerships with parents, stakeholders, and the wider community
• Represent the school with professionalism, integrity, and vision

• Strong expertise in curriculum development and educational leadership
• Proven experience in academic administration and school management
• Deep understanding of child development, particularly at Middle and Senior School levels
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to inspire teams, drive innovation, and lead change effectively
• Relevant degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field
• Masters degree or higher preferred
