About the Role

We are inviting school counsellors, education consultants, educators, and individuals connected with student or parent communities in NCR to collaborate with us in expanding the reach of an upcoming Summer Camp for students in Grades 812.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping students become future-ready, someone who believes that education in India needs to move beyond rote learning and exam pressure, while also building a meaningful professional engagement and earning through a performance-based partner model.

Partners will help us connect with schools, parent networks, and student communities and support the outreach for the program.

About the Program

The 21st Century Summer Camp is a 6-day, future-focused program designed to help students build career clarity, real-world skills, strong portfolios, and emotional resilience.

The program integrates career readiness and wellbeing through an experiential approach so students grow with clarity, confidence, and balance in an AI-driven world.

Venue: IIT Delhi

Batch 1: 27 June

Batch 2: 1621 June

Participants: Students of Grades 812

Seats: 60 students per batch

Key Program Highlights

• Internship exposure with organisations
• Live AI projects for portfolio building
• Startup Ideathon with prize money
• Career exploration workshops and tools
• Guidance on book publishing and TED Talks
• Workshops on communication, resilience, digital wellbeing, and financial literacy

Sessions will be conducted by entrepreneurs, TEDx speakers, psychologists, AI trainers, authors, and industry experts associated with organisations such as IIT Kharagpur, SEBI, Deloitte, Penguin Publications, EY, BITS Pilani, Vedanta, Accenture, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, and others.

• Connect with schools, counsellors, and educators in NCR to introduce the program
• Engage with parent communities and student networks
• Facilitate conversations or introductions with schools where relevant
• Share program details with interested students and parents
• Support enrolments through your network

About the Founder

I am a graduate from IIT Kharagpur, Stanford and I am currentlya mentor with NITI Aayog(Atal Tinkering Labs), a guest speaker at Masters Union, Mesa School, IIT Kharagpur,and advisor to various startups and incubators. I havecoached 1000+ students,professionals, and founders around career clarity, job readiness, and building startups.

Previously I haveworked with Fortune 500 brands like Tata, Titan, Asian Paintsand partnered with the likes ofGoogle, Amazon, and Microsoft. Over the many years, I have also given talks across Delhi University, DTU, Govt. of Rajasthan, NGOs, and other organisations.

Over the many years, I have watched very closely how the world of work and wellbeing is shifting fast, and I am nowcommitted to helping students grow without burning outand truly thrive in life.

I am currently building Roobaroo.ai with a team of passionate educators, technocrats, wellbeing experts and bureaucrats associated with institutions such as theMinistry of Education, IIT Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Kharagpur, Google, Amazon, SEBI, etc.

My team has designed this program with a lot of passion and care for the real-world needs of young minds, after studying more than 65 such programs globally, speaking to many students and parents directly, and building on the experiences of various experts.
