School Management Consultant

Role Overview:

The consultant will visit the school once every quarter to audit, evaluate, and advise on overall functioning, including operations, administration, academic systems, compliance, staff management, transport and institutional processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured operational and academic audits

Review administrative workflows and governance systems

Evaluate staff structure, role clarity and accountability

Suggest improvements in process efficiency and documentation

Provide a written report with actionable recommendations

Guide management on long-term institutional development

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in school leadership, operations or education management consulting

Strong understanding of Indian school systems and compliance

Ability to provide practical, implementable solutions

Independent, objective and strategic thinker

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
