Location: On site (Hyderabad)

We are expanding and looking for dynamic sales professionals who are passionate about AI, education transformation, and B2B solution selling.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and convert leads for AI-based LMS and tutoring solutions .
  • Conduct virtual and on-site demos, presentations, and product walkthroughs .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching institutes, universities, and training companies .
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue growth goals .
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operations team for campaign execution.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Represent Sambhuti Learning in educational events, webinars, and exhibitions when needed.



Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

  • Proven experience in EdTech sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct demos confidently with Principals, teachers, CXOs & decision makers
  • Strong lead management and some CRM usage experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment



Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience selling SAAS/LMS solutions
  • Understanding of AI-based learning, adaptive learning, or LMS architecture



Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred, but not mandatory if experience is strong)
  • Strong passion for technology, education innovation, and B2B client success.
