This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Growth Consultant, based in Hyderabad. The consultant will be responsible for lead generation, managing sales activities, planning and organizing events, developing and executing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective CRM practices. The role involves active collaboration with educational institutions to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to drive growth.
- Strong background in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and convert opportunities
- Proficiency in Event Planning and Marketing to effectively promote services
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and drive results in sales and marketing roles
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Understanding of the education sector or prior experience in working with schools is an added advantage
