Job Description
Role - SCCM / MECM Administrator
Years of Experience - 8 to 10 years
Location - Pune
- SCCM/MECM
- Hands on working experience of End User Computing/Desktop Support (Windows & MAC ) SCCM, Basic Understanding of Windows Server Environment.
- Good Understanding of ITSM process
- Responsible for leading the technical team, and responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables per ITIL (incidents, SR, CR etc.)
- Escalation for End user computing issues and complains received from business users.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders by having periodic reviews of overall end user computing service delivery.
- Effort analysis, work allocation, resource planning and optimization.
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports (internal and to client)
- Infra Implementation and Rollout - MECM + Trellix ePO + Intel EMA
- Good-to-Have
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure tools like Intune, EMA, MDM
- Vulnerability management
- Hands-on experience in Powershell scripting
- Hands-on experience in WDS, managing PXE
- Proactive monitoring and strong follow-up practices to ensure overall compliance
- Hands-on experience in Intune / AutoPilot
- Understanding on latest technologies and their applications
- Motivational behavior among team is appreciated
- Ready to accept new changes in process or project
