Must-Have**
- Experience in End User Computing - Mobile Device Management (Intune)
- Service Now
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
Good-to-Have
- Windows Domain knowledge
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Experience in intune device support as it relates to Android and Apple, Airwatch and Boxer
- Experience in InTune deployment of policy, tracking, reporting, and remediation.
- Experience in development of Microsoft Intune as the platform for mobile device management of mobile devices.
- Experience in Develop and provide compliance data to the consumers of the services.
- Troubleshooting and work with service consumers to resolve non-compliance issues.
- Possess expert knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory for understanding service infrastructure.
- Knowledge and understanding of SCCM clients (hardware/ software) including but not limited to installing, configuring, maintaining, optimizing, and supporting these clients.
- Good working knowledge of application packaging and deployment using programs and advertisements..
