Qualification: Any Graduate


Exp: 5-8 yrs.

Work Location: Pune.


  • Must be MCP SCCM 2012 / Current Branch Certified or Certification in at least 1 Software Distribution tool.
  • Minimum 5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years on Relevant Experience
  • Should be having intermediate level knowledge on SWD products especially SCCM 2012 / SCCM Current Branch.
  • Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.
  • Should be able to resolve the issues independently.
  • Good technical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to manage L1 team resources with proper communication, providing them adequate training.


Detailed responsibilities for this profile would be as follows:


  • SCCM Sites, Distribution Points, SCCM Client management & maintenance.
  • SQL Database management, maintenance & troubleshooting.
  • SCCM Software Distribution, Patch Deployment, OSD tasks & related activities.
  • Preparing reports & documentation as per organizations requirement for SCCM services & activities.
  • Level 2 Troubleshooting.
  • Creation/Modification on SCCM Server Policies.
  • Deploy Change Requests.
  • CI creation and deployment.
  • Configuring/Maintaining discovery methods.
  • Manage P1 and P2 related issues.
