Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SBU Head MDU with 18 to 22 years of experience to lead our strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic leadership and will work in a hybrid model. This role requires a visionary approach to drive business growth and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
· Lead the strategic planning process for the SBU ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
· Oversee the implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
· Provide guidance and direction to the SBU team fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
· Ensure the SBU meets its financial targets and operational KPIs.
· Collaborate with other business units to leverage synergies and drive cross-functional initiatives.
· Manage the SBUs budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
· Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
· Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
· Report on the SBUs performance to senior management providing insights and recommendations.
