EY- Strategy and Transaction – TSE – Commercial Strategy- Assistant Director
_x000d_ Within SaT, TSE team services clients with a full range of hands-on, operationally focused support and advice across
_x000d_ the transaction life cycle, across buyers and sellers. We cover a wide range of operational aspects, including divestiture
_x000d_ advisory services, carve-out readiness and support, operational due diligence, synergy assessment and delivery, day-
_x000d_ one readiness assessment, 100 day planning, integration process support, carve-out/stand-alone costs assessment and
_x000d_ risks, and cost reduction.

_x000d_ The opportunity
_x000d_ We’re looking for Associate Director with expertise in Sales & Marketing function and one who understands the M&A life
_x000d_ cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part

_x000d_  As Associate Director in TSE Commercial Strategy you will be a vital member of the team executing
_x000d_ transactions.
_x000d_  You'll support the Commercial Strategy, commercial and revenue implications during a transaction to
_x000d_ realize improved returns by minimizing Commercial Strategy disruption and identifying and unlocking
_x000d_ value through improvements in go-to-market strategy, commercial operating model, and optimization of
_x000d_ the commercial functions (sales, service, marketing).
_x000d_  Build relationships with EY offices across the globe and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices.
_x000d_ Responsible for high degree of GDS user satisfaction with engagement process and work products
_x000d_  Developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value
_x000d_  Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided
_x000d_ Job requirements
_x000d_ To qualify, candidates must have:
_x000d_  A post graduate degree (MBA) in Sales & Marketing, Finance with 10 -15 years of related work
_x000d_ experience
_x000d_  Suitable consulting/ corp. experience
_x000d_  Experience in Go-to-market approaches, route to market strategy, sales force effectiveness, Pricing,
_x000d_ designing and executing marketing campaigns, building Commercial operating model
_x000d_  Experience in Commercial functions (e.g. sales, marketing, Commercial Strategy service, pricing)
_x000d_  Experience in Commercial Strategy Analytics
_x000d_  Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement
_x000d_ of transaction, cross-border M&A
_x000d_  Ability to determine risks and opportunity areas
_x000d_  Skill to synthesize approaches to complex carve-out and integration conflicts
_x000d_  Talent to adapt to new challenges and ideas
_x000d_  Strong written and verbal communication skills
_x000d_  Well versed with MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
_x000d_  Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirement
