Job Description
Keywords:: OMOP, SDTM, ETL, CDISC, R, Python, SQL, OHDSI
Requirement 2:: Statistical Programmer: ( stays as it is- except we can look into OMOP formats also in addition to SDTM)
- 3+ years of experience as statistical programmer
- very good SAS-programming skills
- very good understanding of clinical trials
- Experiences on mapping data to CDISC (SDTM & ADaM) and/Or OMOP
- Experience with CDISC documentation (define.xml, reviewer's guide, aCRF)
- Experience with Pinnacle21 validation
- Experience with producing TLFs based on SAP
- Soft skills: fluent in English, problem-solving mentality, detail-oriented person, good communication and interpersonal skills, fast learner
- Additional (not must have): previous work/experiences on RWD, PK calculations, R-programming
