Job Description
Position: SAS Admin
Location: All LTIMindtree locations
Notice: Immediate to 30 Days
Experience: 5 to 12 years
Expertise in-
- SAS administration - to include upgrades/patch/fix, installs/setup/config, isolate/troubleshoot as needed
- Unix expertise - preferably RHEL OS
- Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work with end-user customers directly in a courteous and professional manner
Preferences:
- Experience managing database connections, install/setup, config & troubleshooting (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, and/or Hadoop )
- Experience using SQL or similar technology, understands the concepts of Teradata, Hive/Impala, ODBC, Oracle's OCI, APIs and connection strings; explain plans
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Autosys and scheduling jobs in SAS a plus
- Knowledge of SAS programming language is a plus
Experience maintaining and/or administrating computer hardware and software, storage, networking and/or Active Directory is a plus
