Role: SAP Vistex Functional Consultant Commercial IT (S/4HANA)

Location: Pan India (Hybrid)

Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 8+ Years (Overall range: 612 Years)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Summary

Philips is seeking experienced SAP Vistex Functional Consultants to support Commercial IT initiatives involving pricing, rebates, incentives, chargebacks, and contract-based settlements.

The consultant will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering Vistex solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring commercial and contractual requirements are accurately translated into system functionality.

This is a hands-on functional role requiring strong knowledge of commercial processes and close collaboration with business teams, CLM teams, and SAP functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze commercial and contract-driven requirements from business stakeholders.
• Design and configure SAP Vistex solutions including:
• Pricing and Condition Contracts
• Rebates and Incentive Management
• Chargebacks and Settlements
• Accruals and Financial Postings
• Translate CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) contract terms into Vistex configuration and business rules.
• Collaborate closely with:
• SAP SD, MM, and FI teams
• CLM teams and commercial business users
• Project managers and system integrators
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and configuration specifications.
• Support Unit Testing, UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
• Participate in cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
• Ensure solutions comply with Philips quality, compliance, and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP Vistex Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience with Vistex modules, including:
• Rebates and Incentives
• Pricing and Condition Contracts
• Chargebacks, Royalties, and Settlements
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes including pricing, rebates, and incentives.
• Ability to interpret contractual terms and translate them into system configuration.
• Experience working in large global enterprise IT programs.
