Job Title: SAP TRM+BCM Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP TRM + BCM Consultant with deep expertise in Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) and Bank Communication Management (BCM). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in outgoing and incoming payment processes, bank integrations, payment configuration (FBZP), Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), and payment format development (DMEEX). This role requires strong techno-functional expertise in complex and global payment environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)

• Configure and support Transaction Manager (Money Market, FX, Securities, Derivatives as applicable)
• Manage deal lifecycle including transaction entry, posting, settlement, and accounting integration
• Support payment flows generated from TRM transactions
• Ensure seamless integration between TRM, FI, and BCM

Payments & Bank Communication

• Lead end-to-end outgoing payments (vendor, treasury, intercompany, settlements)
• Manage incoming payments and clearing processes
• Configure and maintain Automatic Payment Program (FBZP)
• Implement and support Bank Communication Management (BCM) including approval workflows and payment status monitoring
• Coordinate with banks for connectivity, host-to-host, and payment file processing

Bank Statements & Reconciliation

• Configure and support Electronic Bank Statements (EBS)
• Define posting rules, account symbols, and transaction types
• Troubleshoot bank reconciliation and clearing issues

Payment Formats & Interfaces

• Define and enhance payment formats using DME / DMEE / DMEEX
• Handle ISO20022, SEPA, XML-based and bank-specific formats
• Support file transmission and integration with middleware systems

Optional / Good to Have

• Exposure to In-House Cash (IHC)
• Experience in multi-bank and multi-country payment landscapes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on SAP TRM and BCM
• Extensive hands-on experience in:
• SAP Treasury & Risk Management (Transaction Manager)
• FBZP configuration
• Bank Communication Management (BCM)
• Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) configuration
• DME / DMEE / DMEEX payment format development
• Strong understanding of:
• End-to-end treasury payment lifecycle
• Treasury deal settlement and accounting integration
• Bank interfaces and payment approvals
• Experience in S/4HANA Finance is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills in production payment environments

Soft Skills:

• Strong stakeholder and bank coordination skills
• Ability to handle critical treasury payment runs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Experience working in global treasury environments

Preferred Certifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Treasury Certification
• SAP Financial Accounting Certification
