Role Description

This is a contract role located on-site in Bengaluru South for a SAP Treasury and Risk Management Corporate Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering expert-level training sessions to corporate professionals, ensuring the transfer of in-depth knowledge of SAP Treasury and Risk Management. Day-to-day tasks include developing and delivering comprehensive training materials, providing hands-on guidance on SAP Treasury modules, and offering real-world case studies to solidify learning. The role involves collaborating with participants to meet their specific learning outcomes and staying updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management, including experience with modules such as Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, and Risk Analyzation.
• Strong instructional and training skills, coupled with the ability to deliver engaging, clear, and practical training sessions tailored for corporate professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with a varied audience of learners.
• Exceptional organizational and content development skills to design training materials and schedules effectively.
• Ability to apply real-world examples and case studies during training sessions to enhance contextual understanding.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certification in Treasury and Risk Management is a plus.
• Experience in corporate training or a similar instructional role, with an understanding of corporate learning methodologies.

Module: SAP TRM (Treasury & Risk Management)

No. of Participants: 23 professionals

Total Duration: 80 Hours

Training Mode: In-person (Classroom)

Training Pattern: 8 Hours per Day

Location: Bangalore

Start Date: 29th December

End Date: 10th January

Commercials: 14,000 per day

Trainer Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in SAP TRM

Prior corporate training experience preferred

Ability to explain concepts with real-time business scenarios

Comfortable delivering intensive full-day classroom sessions

Immediate availability during the mentioned dates
