We are seeking a driven and structuredSAP Training & Placement Consultantto manage the complete recruitment-to-placement lifecycle for SAP training programs.

This role goes beyond counselling. You will be responsible for candidate screening, training alignment, project coordination, and final placement support into SAP consulting roles.

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: INR 35,000 per month
• Performance Incentive: Up to INR 35,000+ per month based on placement and enrollment targets
• Total Earning Potential: INR 70,000+ per month

Role Overview

You will manage the full SAP talent pipeline:

Lead Qualification Training Enrollment Project Exposure Placement Coordination Final Hiring Support

This is a performance-driven role with structured monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Recruitment & Screening

• Source and screen candidates interested in SAP careers
• Conduct structured evaluation calls to assess suitability
• Match candidate profiles with appropriate SAP modules

Training Alignment

• Guide candidates into suitable SAP training tracks
• Explain project-based training and certification pathways
• Ensure candidates understand career progression and salary potential

Placement Execution

• Coordinate with corporate hiring partners
• Share candidate profiles with employers
• Schedule interviews and track hiring outcomes
• Follow up until final placement closure

Employer & Industry Coordination

• Build and maintain relationships with SAP hiring partners
• Understand hiring demand across SAP modules
• Maintain database of active openings

Performance & Reporting

• Maintain CRM and candidate tracking systems
• Achieve defined enrollment and placement targets
• Submit weekly performance reports

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA / HR preferred but not mandatory)
• 25 years experience in recruitment, IT staffing, or education placement
• Experience in ERP / SAP / IT hiring strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
• Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
• Comfortable working with revenue-linked incentives
• Basic CRM and reporting skills

Work Details

Full-Time Position

9 working hours per day

Saturday: Half day (mandatory)

Sunday: Appointment-based work (as per scheduled candidate or employer meetings)
