All underpinned by technology created with purpose.Your RoleLead SAP advisory and S/4HANA consulting engagements in transportation transformation, driving successful implementations and rollouts aligned with business goals. Deliver comprehensive SAP process consulting across Transportation Management, Freight Management, and Sales & Distribution, including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment. Provide functional leadership and cross-functional issue resolution, translating technical details into actionable user stories, ensuring quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to agile/hybrid SAP methodologies. Operate independently and collaboratively in fast-paced global environments, managing stakeholder communication and project execution while preparing high-quality deliverables. Manage and mentor small teams or contribute individually, ensuring smooth execution across all project phases—from estimation to post-implementation support.Your Profile Successfully contributed to end-to-end SAP implementation projects in Transportation Management or ECC Logistics Execution, demonstrating strong consulting mindset and team collaboration. Expert in SAP TM/TRP configuration, including Master Data setup, Freight and Forwarding Order Management, ERP Logistics Integration, Transportation Network & Mode, Freight Agreements, and Tendering processes. Hands-on experience with interfaces and data migration, including EDI, IDOCs, RFC Queue Management, and SD/TM data migration; domain exposure in shipping and merchandising sales is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in SAP methodologies (Agile/Hybrid), quality assurance practices, and certified expertise in S/4HANA Transportation Management (preferred).What you will love about working hereWe recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
